AROMA
The intense, complex bouquet is ethereal, with notes of red cherry and plum, oregano, a hint of leather and spices. These complementary scents create an elegant, harmonious effect. Secondary fragrances derive from its ageing in wood, with subtle balsamic hints.
TASTE
The dry, savoury, warm and fruity taste makes it understated and refined. Endowed with elegant and balanced tannins, it has low residual sugar that gives it a flavoursome taste, lingering on the palate and culminating in balsamic notes and spicy finish.

Perfect with ragout-based first courses, roast and grilled red meats, mushrooms, spicy tomato fish soups and mature cheeses.
