Pecorino

APPEARANCE

Straw yellow in colour, it tends towards gold with subtle greenish reflections.

AROMA

A deep and ample bouquet with an elegant structure, intense notes of white flowers (acacia and jasmine), ripe yellow pear, peach, apricot and light hints of vanilla.

TASTE

Pecorino is a wine with a remarkable structure and evident herbaceous scents. A wine of great structure with good acidity, flavourful and pleasantly mineral, with a lingering finish.

PAIRINGS

Perfect with fish-based dishes. Excellent with seafood risotto.
